Grebes, Wildfowl

Australasian Grebe, differentiated from Little by the different distribution of chestnut on the neck. Occurs as far north as Java.

Seems to have a different wing pattern too.

Female Australasian Shoveler.

Eclipse male Chestnut Teal, with a deceptively Northern Pintail-like silhouette!

Blue-billed Duck and Hoary-headed Grebe.

Pacific Black Duck

Cape Barren Goose

Black Swan
